CAMHS (Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services)

Speak CAMHS helpline – You can call the CAMHS helpline if you are worried about your child’s mental health. Call 0800 328 4444; Choose Option 2 for CAMHS. The helpline is open Monday to Friday, from 8am to 11pm.

Freedom Programme

National Domestic Abuse Helpline

As a woman fleeing domestic abuse, you may want to access specialist refuge accommodation. The Helpline can help you find a refuge vacancy for you and your children; call for more information. They can also support you to find other specialist services in your community, which can provide support whether or not you have left your partner.

On My Mind offers free online resources to empower young people aged 10-25 to make informed decisions about their mental health. They provide information on your rights, selfcare, how to help a friend, and jargon busting.


Papyrus

Papyrus is a charity that helps young people experiencing thoughts of suicide. Trained advisors can confidentially help you stay alive and safe, or support someone else to do so.


Place 2 Be

Place2Be is a children’s mental health charity with over 25 years’ experience working with pupils, families and staff in UK schools.

They provide mental health support in schools through one-to-one and group counselling using tried and tested methods backed by research. In addition, they also offer expert training and professional qualifications.


SANELine

SANELine offers confidential one-to-one support for those aged over 16, for when your own mental health, or that of someone you know, is affecting you.


Samaritans

Shout is a free and anonymous texting service for young people going through a personal crisis. It can provide immediate help, anytime, anywhere.


The Mix

Wellbeing West London
