Children vote to support WLAC

Fantastic news…..the children of RPPS have voted to support WLAC as their official charity for 2022/24!!

RPPS (Ravenscourt Park Preparatory School) is a co-educational, non-selective independent preparatory school which was founded in 1991 and is located just off Chiswick High Road / King Street on the corner of Ravenscourt Park. The school has strong links with the community and every two years, the children are invited to vote for a charity to support with proceeds from the Friends of RPPS fundraising events.

WLAC was proposed by Stephanie, one of the school parents who found out about our work through a friend at one of our fundraising events in Brook Green. We were thrilled to be nominated and after being shortlisted, we prepared a short video explaining what we do for the children to watch before they voted. We are delighted that the children have chosen to support WLAC - we gather that it was a close vote!

We warmly welcome the RPPS community into our supporter network and we hope to see them at our events as well as hearing all about their fundraising plans and events. Thank you Stephanie for joining the dots!
